Throughout the week in the jungle, Jaime will be offering a handful of thoughtfully curated yoga classes to support your retreat experience. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for years, her classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are, with lots of openness, playfulness, and care.
Jaime is a yoga teacher and alignment coach with over a decade of experience. She’s known for creating welcoming spaces that invite you to explore your body at your own pace, with no flexibility required, just curiosity and care. A lifelong learner who loves exploring both inner and outer landscapes, Jaime brings curiosity, creativity, and heart to every class she leads.
For her, variety is the spice of life and you’ll feel that in the range of classes she offers. From slow, grounding flows to fiery, ocean-inspired sequences, each class is a chance to reconnect with yourself in a new way. A few highlights might include:
Gentle Yoga
Soft and smooth like beach sand. Expect long pauses, stillness, and lots of space to listen—to the jungle sounds, to your breath, and to your daydreams.
Slow Yoga
Slow like a sloth (really). Each movement is an exploration, each breath a cue to be present. A class that invites you to soften your edges and slow down from the inside out.
Fire Flow
Dynamic and creative like the ocean’s rhythm. Inspired by the jungle’s vibrant energy, this practice will get you moving, sweating, and smiling.
Some classes may also include moments of reflection and light conversation. Touchpoints to explore your energy, intention, and the art of Living Well in both movement and life. And after class Jaime’s just as excited as you are to dip in the pool, play in the ocean, and soak up the sunshine together.
